In response to an unprecedented set of challenges related to the COVID-19 pandemic, Gulf & Basco is temporarily suspending non-emergency services. Our service team will cancel all non-emergency appointments as of July 20, 2020. As resources allow, our service team will continue to provide emergency and urgent services. We will resume non-emergency services as soon as possible but are unable to provide a specific date at this time. Any non-emergency requests submitted after July 15, 2020 will be placed on hold at this time.

We will continue to work hard to process requests that meet one or more of the following criteria:

  • Services required to pass city inspection and or are in the process of closing a home
  • Window is leaking
  • Broken glass

Before We Begin

None emergency requests may still be submitted, but will be delayed or put on hold until further notice
We are no longer able to process warranty claims without submitting the original order information to the manufacturer. Please note, our records only go back to 2015 and partially to 2014. If you do not have your original order receipt, you can locate and submit a picture of your window or door label. If you are unable to locate your window label nor obtain the window size, we can schedule a technician to go out and try to find the label for you and take measurements for a fee of $85. This service fee will go towards any additional labor fees related to this request.
Most of our manufacturers offer a limited warranty for up to 10 years.

The more description you can provide regarding your issue and the service you are requesting, the more efficiently we can handle your request and resolve the issue. Any information you can provide on the type and style of the window is great; model numbers are even better. You can also attach explanatory JPEG photos and PDF documents.

If you’re working with a builder, remodeler or designer that has an account with us, you may be eligible for additional discounts. Enter his/her name or business name in the “Company” field.
